Return and Refund Policy

At Titanion, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our titanium kitchen tools. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. It should also be in pristine, undamaged condition.

Refunds

For refund-only requests, a 15% fee will be applied to the total order amount. This fee covers Credit Processing Service costs and Administration Fees incurred during the transaction and processing of the refund, as outlined in our terms of service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as engraved, used or damaged products, are non-returnable.
